So I tried a recipe from crazycrumb.com to see how well these won over with our biggest fans.

I chose the Minty Munchies recipe on one of our last humid dog days of summer to make. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this recipe was to make! Quick, dirty, and to the point. Six easy ingredients, four of which you most likely already have in your home. What more could you ask of yourself?

Ingredients
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Cornflour
1 cup water
6 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup dried parsley
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves

To start, just grab your biggest bowl and start with the cornflour and herbs. You'll probably use the correct knife for chopping herbs, unlike myself, but whatever gets the job done. The goal here is chopped mint leaves. Chop to your hearts desire and once done add the whole wheat flour in to create one big mix.

This particular recipe has so much more to offer than just a tasty breath freshener for puppers. What's even more gravy, is all the health benefits included with it. #winning

Loaded with mint leaves, and dried parsley, it offers a mouthful of vitamins and antioxidants to boost your puppy's health and gastrointestinal health.

Once you've got everything mixed in, add water and olive oil and roll it out to about 1 cm thick. Now to the fun part of cookie cutting these bad boys. I made little medallion sized circles, because my babe is an Olympian in my eyes.🏅

Try something fun though! Make shooting stars. Try to sculpt Miley Cyrus from the 2014 VMA's. Get crazy, get wild. Then throw those biddies in the oven for 40 hot minutes of sauna time.

And voila mes amis! You have created savory, delicious, minty fresh nutrition for your beloved!

Depending on the size of your furry friends, you could choose to make each treat smaller or bigger as you see fit. This recipe yields a lot of dough to work with, which ultimately lends more room to make these guys bang bigger for your buck. The second batch I made of these were still baking when I took this. (I was just way too excited to wait for them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

Now drum roll please ladies and gentlemen, because we have finally reached the culmination of this homemade baking journey.

crazycrumb.com has been helping me too Wirth all the stuff I need for my dogs. I am glad to see that you were able to utilize what you have learned from them! Making homemade breath mints for dog may sound unusual for some, but fur parents will understand the need for this. We love our dogs and we only want the best for them. But there are also items that are overpriced that’s why we need to find alternatives so that it wouldn’t cost us too much! This is a helpful tips, I must say!
